In this case study: A suite of videos highlighting SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union’s commitment to the financial well-being of their members.  Produced for the National Credit Union Foundation.

As part of the National Credit Union Foundation’s mission to encourage credit unions across the country to implement financial well-being programs in their organizations, Brand New Extra Good developed and produced a suite of motion content to highlight the work being done at SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union in Orange County, California.

SchoolsFirst FCU is the largest credit union in California. At the heart of its operation is the fundamental commitment to the financial well-being of the 1.2 million school employees and their families that collectively own the financial cooperative. Brand New Extra Good partnered with the NCUF to design a campaign built on interviews with key members of SchoolsFirst FCU, then editing five different videos that aligned with NCUF’s messaging strategy.

Videos were distributed on social media and in newsletters, accompanied by written content. The campaign was designed to target audiences with a content-first approach, allowing the message to dictate which format (mini-doc, social post, article, white paper, etc.) would be best suited to deliver that information according to the Foundation’s strategy.

This is the primary asset in the five-video suite, an overview of SchoolsFirst FCU's approach to financial well-being that gives a high-level outline of their mission and operations.
